Medical Billing Experts provides this portal for the purpose of processing payments for doctors’ medical fees and for gathering information necessary to bill Medicare and/or Health Funds for patient fees.
Confidentiality
Medical Billing Experts will maintain the confidentiality of each transaction and will not collect or otherwise deal in commercially sensitive information, except to the extent necessary for processing payments and performing medical billing.
Liability
Medical Billing Experts will not be liable for any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) however caused (whether by negligence or otherwise) which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of any services provided by Medical Billing Experts.
Credit Card Surcharge
Use of a credit card to make payment will incur a 2% credit card surcharge.
Variation of Terms
Medical Billing Experts may unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
