Hosted Practice Software
Our hosted software is a full function Medical Practice Management package. It provides you with a paperless medical office including storing patient demographics, electronic importing of pathology and imaging results, clinical notes, letter writing capabilities and much more. Based in the Cloud, the software can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection.
Software Licence
A workstation license is required to utilise our Cloud Based Practice Software. The current cost is $650 initial cost for the first year and annual license renewals of $250 per year.

Setup Fee
There is a one-time setup ef e of $500 for all Virtual Offices to cover the $500 plus GST administrative work necessary to set up your Virtual Practice

Monthly Hosting
The fee for monthly hosting of the Cloud Practice Software is $150 per plus GST month.

Administration
If you wish to have any administrative tasks performed, they will be billed on plus GST a fee for service basis at $45 per hour.

Transcription
If you wish to dictate letters to by typed, we will refer you to a reputable POA Australian based transcription company.

Scheduling
Phone answering and appointment scheduling services are available for most practices. Please contact us for a quote.

Hosted Medical Software fees are exclusive of the costs of Medical Billing, postage, credit card fees, SMS fees and photocopying costs.
Items not covered by base fees include but are not limited to the following items
- Printing and dispatch of transcription.
- Sourcing pathology and imaging reports that are not downloaded electronically.
- Coordination of typing service and linking of typed documents to electronic clinical records in Shexie Practice Management Software. Typing service fees to be paid by client.
- IT support for any issue relating to IT problems arising from client’s IT equipment or user errors to be billed to client at relevant IT vendor’s billable rate (rates range from $150 to $200 per hour).
- Training of office staff. Cost to be quoted as POA.
- Travel costs of Practice Management staff to visit your site or sessional suites.
- Practice advice provided. Rates for advice range from $200 to $375 per hour.
Hosted Medical Software services can be cancelled at any time with 60 days written notice. There is no refund of License or Setup fees due to cancellation.
